Will replies, “Personal branding is essential because it’s a way to present yourself as a thought leader and be able to create trust – so you have to be able to explain why you, and why you are the most qualified person. And the first approach is explaining to people why they need your services and how your services can help them make a difference. Once you explain why they need your services, then you can show why you are the best person to work with.”
