The Category Leader Interview

Two Days. Six Months of Content. Completely Done for You. In Person.

We fly to you. We set up a professional studio in your space. We spend two focused days capturing not just what you do, but who you are in the environment where you do your best work.

The result is six months of video that makes your ideal clients feel like they already know you before they ever reach out.

We take on a maximum of 10 Category Leader Campaigns per quarter.
This is a boutique service, not a volume business.

There’s a difference between talking about your work
and being seen in it.

We come to you:

A remote interview captures how you think. An in-person production captures how you exist in your world.

When we set up in your office, your design studio, your job site, wherever you do your best work, something shifts. The conversation goes deeper because you’re not performing for a camera in your spare bedroom.

You’re in the space where you actually think, create, and lead. That context comes through on screen in a way that no remote session can replicate.

And for the clients you’re trying to reach, the ones making significant decisions about who to trust with their home, their business, their finances, that difference is everything.

They’re not just watching someone talk. They’re watching someone in their world. And familiarity that comes from seeing someone in their world is the kind that sticks.

A remote session builds presence. An in-person production builds a world.

That’s what the Category Leader Interview is designed to create.

Everything you need. Nothing left for you to figure out.

  • Pre-Production Strategy

Before we arrive we map exactly what your ideal clients need to see and hear from you: the stories, perspectives, and moments that create the feeling of familiarity.

You show up to day one already knowing what we’re going for.

  • Two Days with In-Person Interviews

Two 90-minute conversations, one per day, conducted by Brad in your space. No scripts, no preparation, no performance. Each interview is designed to draw out your best thinking in a natural, unhurried back-and-forth that keeps you speaking at your highest level.

  • 75 Published-Ready Videos

Every video fully edited with hooks, subtitles, and text overlays, platform-optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.

Three videos per week for six months, completely done for you.

  • Done-For-You Publishing

We schedule and publish your content three times a week for six months. Your presence keeps compounding every day while you’re running your business.

  • Strategic Distribution

We deploy the right content to the right places at the right time so your videos reach the people you most want to reach, not just whoever happens to scroll past.

  • Two Strategy Reviews

A 30-minute check-in at the three-month mark and again at six months to measure what’s resonating, refine your positioning, and plan your next campaign.

  • The Guarantee

We guarantee a minimum of 75 published-ready videos from your Category Leader Interview. If we fall short we keep producing until we do at no additional cost.

Why two days instead of one?

Three hours of recording in a single day is exhausting. The best insights don’t come from pushing through fatigue. They come from showing up fresh, having a real conversation, and letting ideas build naturally from one session to the next.

Day one surfaces your thinking. Day two deepens it.

Amberly Allen
(Client Story)

I feel like I have another gear in me.

Amberly Allen is a single mom who bet everything on her business. She and her partner bought 240 merchant processing machines on a credit card before they had a single customer.

When we started working together she had no time for content marketing and no interest in becoming a content creator. What she needed wasn’t a marketing solution. It was a way to show up as the person she actually was: clearly, confidently, and in a way that traveled.

So we came to her.

Two days together in Dallas. Two 90-minute conversations. Six months of content completely done for her.

But the moment I keep coming back to didn’t happen on camera. It happened while we were driving between sessions. Amberly turned to me and said: “I feel like I have another gear in me.”

She wasn’t talking about content. She was talking about what happens when someone finally sees themselves the way their best clients have always seen them and realizes they can show up that way for everyone.

Today Amberly can walk into any room, any audience, any setting, and talk about her work with complete confidence. That’s what two days in person makes possible that no remote session ever could.

What Experts Say About Showing Up This Way

By the time Michael and I were on our first call, a lot of the ice breaking, the building of familiarity and trust, and more importantly, the alignment between how he thinks and how I think, all of that had already happened. My videos made him feel safe, inspired, and like working with me was possible, all before we’d ever spoken.

“I really appreciated what you’ve been putting out there and how you show up. When I watch your stuff, it makes me feel safe, like this is a guy who makes me feel at ease and like I could do it. You bring a lightness and an openness. ‘I want to keep on watching his stuff because it makes me feel more and more attracted and possible.'”

“The cool part was when I was able to hop on sales calls, they would start to reference the videos that I was creating. I was like, ‘Whoa, you guys are listening!’ If you show up consistently, you’re gonna build enough trust with your ideal clients to where they’ll literally DM you and say, ‘How do I work with you? How do I give you money?'”

Here’s what the Category Leader Interview actually looks like.

The Category Leader Interview works best for you if:

  • You have an established business with real clients and a strong reputation, but your online presence doesn’t yet reflect the quality of what you do
  • You’re done waiting until you feel ready to show up online and you want it handled at the highest level, completely done for you
  • You want to be the obvious and most trusted choice in your market, not just one of several capable options
  • You understand that presence compounds and you’re ready to start building a library of video that works for you long after the two days are done
  • You’re comfortable investing at the level this requires because you understand that the right clients, arriving already certain, are worth far more than the investment
